Jeremy Wilson has a love for teaching and sharing information that will better equip our community’s children for the future.  He was homeschooled all through high-school and believes in the value of character development in one’s youth to make wise life choices.  Jeremy has been teaching in a school classroom environment since 2008 he is a very popular, hands-on, effective instructor, in a variety of disciplines.  Students in Mr. Wilson’s classes can expect a fun and playful learning environment where core character qualities are covered throughout his classroom curriculum.  He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and has several certifications from project management to web development.  Mr. Wilson’s past experiences have included being a Learning Consultant for Cox Communications and a High School Counselor and teacher for Tabernacle Christian Academy.  Mr. Wilson has also been a martial arts instructor at White Dragon Martial Arts for over 25 years and still teaches to-date.  He loves spending his free time with his wife, 8 kids, and 4 grandchildren.  He enjoys his family time, martial arts, and is an avid supporter of Make-A-Wish Foundation San Diego.

Alexandria Schindler, also known as Allie, has a passion for serving the community and teaching kids the fun of working with others. Allie did both private school and homeschool growing up, and was accepted into San Diego State University at the age of 16 years old. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Recreation and Hospitality Tourism Management from SDSU where she graduated with the award of excellence in her department. Allie was a Recreation Leader and Assistant Center Director for the City of San Diego for seven years. During her time with the City of San Diego she taught a variety of sports/classes to all ages and oversaw the operations and training of staff members. Allie expanded her love for assisting others by working in the Sales and Catering department in the hotel industry. Allie is a very organized, positive, hands-on instructor in her classes. She desires to help guide kids to achieve their future goals and prove that learning can be fun. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling the world, reading books, and playing with her dogs.

James Espinoza brings more than 22 years of experience as a martial arts instructor, complemented by a broad background in hands-on instruction, craftsmanship, and practical problem-solving. His work spans the mechanical and automotive trades, industrial manufacturing, and jewelry design, where he spent two years teaching students the techniques and precision the craft demands. James has also pursued woodworking, silversmithing, blacksmithing, and model building, experience that brings a practical, hands-on perspective to his teaching. Mr. Espinoza has a passion for history, science, mathematics, and teaching students how to think creatively and independently. He encourages students to approach challenges from different perspectives, develop their own solutions, and recognize that everyone learns in their own way. He finds great fulfillment in watching students grow in knowledge and confidence, and he places equal emphasis on building respect for others and the ability to articulate thoughts and feelings clearly, skills that help students communicate effectively with those around them. Outside the classroom, James enjoys building, creating, watching movies, and taking long drives to enjoy the stars.

Elijah Pearce has a passion for technology, creativity, and helping students develop the skills needed to succeed in an ever-changing world. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from San Diego State University, with a focus on software development. His previous experience working with children includes serving as a teaching assistant and an after-school digital art instructor. Mr. Pearce’s background in software development gives him hands-on experience in coding, robotics, mathematics, and technology, which he pairs with a strong foundation in language arts. Drawing on that experience, he leads with hands-on, project-based learning, where students explore their creativity, work through challenges, and develop solutions through critical thinking. He especially enjoys seeing how students approach the same project in different ways, allowing their individual personalities and talents to shine. At JKW, Mr. Pearce hopes to help students strengthen their problem-solving abilities, set and achieve their goals, and develop the perseverance needed to complete their projects. Outside the classroom, Elijah is an avid tabletop gamer who enjoys anything that combines strategy, creativity, and friendly competition.
