1) Determine Your Method of Payment

The first step is to determine your method of payment for the classes:

  • Charter Funds

    • See currently partnered charters list. Make sure that we are already an approved vendor with your charter. ​

  • Out of Pocket

    • We accept Online Credit/Debit Payment, Cash, Check, or Venmo.

2) Register to be a JKW Member

Become a Member

The second step is to register to become a member of JKW: 

  • Membership is $35/year per family and is required for all students.

    • Already a Member? Skip to step 3!​

  • Membership is non-refundable.

  • You can pay out of pocket for membership OR use charter funds to pay for it.

    • Paying membership fee with charter funds:

      • ​Check with your charter to see if they pay for membership registration fees. If not, you will need to pay for this fee out of pocket.​

      • Request enrichment certificate / purchase order from your charter for "JKW Membership Fee"

      • You cannot register to be a member until we receive your purchase order or enrichment certificate from your charter so please be sure to request the charter funds as early as possible. 

      • Once we have received the funds from your charter we will then email you a coupon code to use upon checking out with registration.

      • ONLY THEN you can start registering for classes.

    • Paying membership fee out of pocket:​

      • You can choose to pay out of pocket for membership to make the process quicker and to save your child's spots in desired classes; then pay for classes with charter funds (or out of pocket).

3) Enroll in Classes

The third step is to scroll through Our Programs and add your desired classes to your cart! 

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Register for the classes on our website to save your child's spot. Make sure that we are already an approved vendor with your charter. 

  2. When registering for your classes be sure to select the "Paying with Charter Funds" option.

  3. Next, under "Payment" select "Pay in Person". 

  4. Request enrichment certificates / purchase orders with your charter immediately. ​

  5. If you do not have access to charter funds immediately upon registration, you will need to pay a $25 deposit per class to save your child’s spot.​

    • If you choose to pay the deposit out of pocket, JKW will refund the $25/class upon receiving the enrichment certificate/purchase order from your student’s charter. ​

      • We accept Cash, Check, or Venmo.

        • Our Venmo account is @JKWInnovations

        • Checks should be made payable to "JKW Innovations LLC"

  6. We do accept proof of requested enrichment certificate/purchase order in lieu of the $25 deposit. ​​

    • If you plan to use proof of requested certificates/purchase orders in lieu of a deposit, please note your child’s spot in the class will not be saved until such proof is received.  

    • Please email jkwinnovations@gmail.com your requested enrichment certificate/purchase order immediately upon requesting your certificate.

  7. If your deposit or proof of requested enrichment certificate/purchase order is not received within 72 hours of registering, your child will be removed from the class and you will have to enroll in classes again. ​

  8. Please note: Ordering funds through your charter without enrolling in a class does not save your child's spot.

    • ​Our system and the charter school systems are not linked together.

  9. Always check the policies of your specific charter. All charters work differently, especially when it comes to the release of funds. 

Enrollment Instructions for Families with Multiple Children:

  1. Enroll One Child at a Time:

    • Add all of your first child's desired classes into the cart and proceed to checkout.

  2. Complete the Checkout Process:

    • Proceed through the checkout for your first child's enrollment.

  3. Repeat for Additional Children:

    • After completing the checkout, return to our programs and repeat the process for your next child.
