Service Description
This empowering and interactive class equips students with essential skills to feel confident, safe, and strong in everyday situations! Through engaging activities, students will learn basic self-defense movements, how to stay aware of their surroundings, and positive ways to handle teasing or bullying. With fun games, role-playing, and physical exercises, they’ll build coordination, agility, focus, and respect while gaining the tools to face life’s challenges with confidence—all in an exciting and supportive environment! THIS IS A FULL YEAR CLASS SPLIT INTO 2 SEMESTERS. EACH SEMESTER REQUIRES A PAYMENT.
Cancellation Policy
All classes must be paid in full before attendance. Once classes have started, cancellations and refunds are not permitted. However, requests for transfers may be considered. Transfers will be subject to availability and must be completed within the first two weeks of the course.
