Welcome to the future! In this exciting and forward-looking class, students will explore the rapidly evolving world of emerging technology. Topics may include robotics, automation, gaming systems, virtual reality, coding concepts, digital tools, invention, technology design, and digital citizenship. Through hands-on demonstrations, guided research, group discussions, and creative design challenges, students will gain a strong foundational understanding of the innovations shaping our world. Students will learn how modern technology works, how it impacts society, and how it can be used responsibly, safely, and creatively. Class activities may include exploring robotics concepts, discussing new inventions, examining how technology is used in everyday life, designing future-focused projects, and predicting technology trends. Students will be encouraged to think critically, solve problems, collaborate with classmates, and develop creative ideas connected to science, engineering, and digital learning. This class is perfect for curious students who want to better understand the technology of today and tomorrow—not just use it, but think deeply about how it works and how it can help shape the future.
