Service Description
This dynamic class empowers students to build strength, endurance, and confidence through resistance and bodyweight training. Focusing on proper form, core stability, and functional movement, students will master exercises like push-ups, planks, and squats to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. With personalized guidance and a supportive environment, they’ll set fitness goals, develop healthy habits, and build resilience—both physically and mentally—while embracing a fun, active lifestyle! THIS IS A FULL YEAR CLASS SPLIT INTO 2 SEMESTERS. EACH SEMESTER REQUIRES A PAYMENT.
Cancellation Policy
All classes must be paid in full before attendance. Once classes have started, cancellations and refunds are not permitted. However, requests for transfers may be considered. Transfers will be subject to availability and must be completed within the first two weeks of the course.
