Service Description
Note: This is a 4 day program, Monday - Thursday (July 22nd - 25th) Do you know what to do if something goes wrong on your next outdoor excursion? During this class you will learn practical tips and strategies that every outdoor traveler should know. We'll cover all survival essentials and their practical applications. Students will also learn about emergency priorities, how to make an emergency shelter, how to locate and access drinking water, how to spot edible and poisonous plants, how to tie various useful knots, and how to start a fire! Other activities include creating a working flashlight in the case of a power outage, figuring out ways to signal attention using creations such as smoke bombs, and creating a compass to help find your way home if you ever get lost! This class is designed for anyone who spends time outside and wants to build their confidence with outdoor skills. Our instructors emphasize the fun side of learning practical engineering skills for real life survival and those what-if scenarios! Price: Pricing Varies Per Request! Please review price chart below. Half Day Program is for Grades: Tk-6th (Exceptions can be made) Parents provide a lunch and snacks. (refrigerator on campus)


Cancellation Policy
All classes must be paid in full before attendance. Once classes have started, cancellations and refunds are not permitted. However, requests for transfers may be considered. Transfers will be subject to availability and must be completed within the first two weeks of the course.
